Twin Dragons

Like most of Chan's films, the emphasis is on humor and entertainment above realism and production values and it is a fair tradeoff. Chan's fight in a nightclub and the climax in a car-testing factory are typical thrilling set pieces incorporating props such as microphones and speakers in the former scene and auto equipment in the latter. There are some little bits of action in between those two major scenes, but most of the film is just funny. The scenes of Bok Min conducting his brother's orchestra rival Jim Carrey's talking butt cheeks in terms of physical comedy. It's a real showcase for Chan as a comedian and Bok Min is a nice change of pace from his innocent nice guy characters while he still plays that persona for Ma.
