After the events of Project A the remaining pirates plan to get revenge on Dragon Ma (Jackie Chan) for thwarting their evil plans. Meanwhile, Dragon is now a cop battling police corruption. Between the criminals, dirty cops and pirates, this film has some truly awesome action set piece.

There's a prop-heavy battle at a criminal's hideout. There's Jackie dropped into a pounding machine where each time the pounder comes down, he presses up against the wall, and as it raises, he attempts to jump out. But when he doesn't make it, he has to press up against the wall again lest he be crushed. He gets into a rolling cylinder with a bad guy, like one of those fun house tubes that you try to walk in. The creativity in this movie equals the bicycle chase and clock tower fight from Project A.
