Jackie Chan is a trained tour car racer from Mitsubishi Racing
Team. After his training, he returns to Hong Kong to setup his auto
shop for modifying racing cars. All was not well when a mysterious
driver came from US...the mysterious driver is also a wanted criminal
by the police.

Now, Jackie has to race the mysterious daredevil from USA, Cougar
in a race. This sets the scene for an exciting and adrenaline-filled
race scene.
